Overview
This warranty policy explains your rights when a product you purchase from us turns out to be defective, how the statutory warranty and any manufacturer warranty work together, and the steps to take if you need to report a fault. It applies to all goods sold through our store.
Statutory warranty
All goods we sell are covered by the statutory warranty for defects. This means that if an item you receive is faulty — for example, it does not match the description, is not fit for its intended purpose, or otherwise fails to conform to what was agreed at the time of purchase — you are entitled to a remedy at no cost to you.
Depending on the circumstances, this remedy may take the form of:
- Repair of the defective item, or
- Replacement with a new, conforming item, or
- Where the law allows and repair or replacement are not possible or proportionate, a price reduction or a full refund.
The statutory warranty exists independently of any commercial or manufacturer warranty and cannot be limited or excluded by us.
Manufacturer warranty
Some products may also carry an additional warranty offered directly by the manufacturer. Where this applies, the manufacturer's own terms and conditions govern that additional coverage, including how and where to make a claim under it.
A manufacturer warranty is always offered on top of, and never in place of, your statutory rights described above. If you are unsure whether a product includes a manufacturer warranty or what it covers, please contact us and we will help clarify this for you.
Reporting a fault
If you believe a product you purchased from us is defective, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can look into it and find a solution. You can reach us at contacto@luppizblog.store.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include the following when you contact us:
- A clear description of the fault or defect you have noticed
- Your order number
- Photos of the defect, where possible
Once we receive your report, we will review the information provided and get back to you promptly to arrange the appropriate remedy.
